Here is exactly what happens after you send us a style: what you give us, what we do, and how long each step takes.

Tech pack
Day 0
You send
A tech pack, sketch or reference garment, with quantity per style and target price.
We do
Review the design, check fabrics and trims, and ask anything that is unclear.
Step 02
Costing
Reply within 6 hours
You get
A line-by-line quote per piece, FOB: fabric, CM, trims, wash and packing.
We do
Pick the right unit for your order, our floor or a partner factory, and confirm the MOQ for your style.
Step 03
Sample
3–5 days
You do
Approve the costing and share final artwork and trims.
We do
Make proto and fit samples in our own sampling room and send them to you with measurements.
Step 04
Bulk production
XX–XX days
You do
Approve the sample and confirm the order and deposit.
We do
Book fabric, cut and sew your order, and send weekly photo updates.
Step 05
Quality control
During and after production
We check
Fabric, cutting, inline sewing and a final AQL inspection of packed goods.
You get
A written QC report with photos before you pay the balance.
Step 06
Shipment
FOB by default
We do
Pack to your carton spec, prepare export documents and hand over to your forwarder.
You get
Shipping documents and tracking until the goods leave Bangladesh.
