Ordering & MOQ
There is no single MOQ. It depends on the product, the fabric and how many colours you need, so we work out the lowest workable quantity for each style.
- Starting a new brand? We can use ready fabric from stock, which allows smaller runs.
- Need several colours? We can spread one fabric order across colours and sizes to reach the mill minimum.
- Growing an existing line? Larger runs on custom fabric bring the price per piece down.
Tell us your quantity in the quote form and we’ll confirm the MOQ for your style within 6 hours.

Yes. We make polos, shirts, jackets, vests and hi-vis wear with company logos for office, factory and field teams.
Yes. We produce with your woven labels, care labels, hang tags and polybags, or source them for you.
Sampling
3–5 days once we have your design, tech pack and trims. Samples are made in our own sampling room in Uttarkhan, Dhaka.
Yes. Send a sketch, photos or a garment you like. We build the specs with you during sampling.
Add your sample policy, e.g. sample cost and whether it is refunded on bulk orders.
Pricing & payment
Every style is priced on its own fabric, quantity and finish. Your quote shows fabric, CM (cut and make), trims, wash and packing as separate lines, with a final FOB price per piece.
Add your terms, e.g. deposit on order and balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
Add currencies, e.g. USD by default, GBP or EUR on request.
Production & quality
XX–XX days after sample approval, depending on fabric, quantity and finishing.
Both. We sample and produce on our own floor in Uttarkhan, Dhaka, and place larger or specialist orders with our 5 partner factories. We always tell you where your order is made.
At four points: fabric and trims, cutting, inline sewing, and a final AQL inspection. You get a written report with photos before you pay the balance.
Yes. Buyers and their inspectors are welcome at our floor and partner factories with advance notice.
Shipping
Yes. We quote FOB by default and help arrange sea or air freight with your forwarder or ours.
Yes. Send your packing and carton-marking instructions with the order.
