Yes. Your designs are only used for your orders, and we sign an NDA on request.
In practice they mean the same here: we make the garment to your design and put your brand on it. We do not sell your design to anyone else.
Samples take 3–5 days once the spec is ready. Bulk lead time depends on fabric and quantity, and is confirmed in your quote.
Both. We run our own sewing floor and sampling room in Uttarkhan, and place larger or specialist orders with 5 partner factories that we manage and inspect.
